Wisla is a small city, located not very far from the Polish-Czech border, around 150 km from Krakow city center. Its name draws on the main Polish river Wisla, that has in surrounding of the city. Due to the ski jump called “Malinka” built in Wisła, it’s popular touristic destination. It is also the home town of Adam Małysz – the most popular and successful Polish ski jumper. Beskid Museum in Wisla is another place worth to visit, where you’ll have a chance to see traditional agricultural tools, folk outfits or goat skin bagpipes.
